National Hurricane Center, at 11am edt, said:

"TROPICAL STORM WATCHES COULD BE REQUIRED FOR THE U.S. AND BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS AS WELL AS PUERTO RICO LATER TODAY."

But it's still a tropical storm ... not expected to be a hurricane hen it blows over the island tomorrow.

Really, this letter looks like a "reminder", and nothing more. It says boats shud pick up passengers at the docks which are "secured" ... the ferry dock in CB, the dock at Caneel, and the dock at the Westin. Reads like some captains were just picking up passengers off the beaches...

As long as WAPA stays up ... there are four webcams on island that are sending video.
