We stayed in the upstairs of the house. The view was incredible and the house was immaculate. Great linens and beach towels, fabulous washer and dryer. The kitchen was new and well equipped.
Unlike some houses we have rented, everything in the way of condiments, etc. was left and that made our lives easier. The owners of the house were away and Ron (the father of the owner and on site caretaker) was wonderful. We had total privacy but if we needed anything he was immediately there to help us. The usual rental is for the downstairs which also has a great view but not really a complete kitchen. However, it looked charming. The hot tub was excellent and the pool was really clean. And, we were lucky--no bugs at this time of year.
