Summer Wind is a beautiful villa. We stayed there in April 2011. It is on Bordeaux Mountain, with (relatively) easy access, i.e. a good driveway and easy parking. It is a 4 bedroom villa, with a very large master bedroom (king size bed!) with a large bathroom including a wonderful outdoor shower. The other three bedrooms all have their own bathrooms. There is a laundry room with front end loader machines.
The living room/kitchen/dining area is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped (although we chose to eat out mostly).
The house has a very nice pool that has both a shallow end and a deep end. It has a wonderful 4 person jacuzzi.
The decks have lots of comfortable furniture and amazing views. It is always a little cooler up on the mountain, with a lovely breeze.
They provide really high quality (big!) beach towels, several different size coolers,good beach chairs, flotation devices, and even a beach umbrella. We brought all those things to the beaches!
The house is clean and well kept. The area is quiet and very, very private.
Lots of nice touches make this villa very comfortable, and the property manager is extremely helpful and responsive.
We would definitely stay there again.
