Lagoon Pointe Villa is located on the Coral Bay side of the Island near Miss Lucy's. The house has a wonderful location sitting on a hill directly above a lagoon and ocean. We've been to STJ 12 times and Lagoon Pointe has by far the best location that we've stayed at.
If you want great views looking out toward the East End of STJ, Tortola and numerous other islands, this is the spot. The sounds of the waves crashing on shore are wonderful. The house is has air conditioning but is cooled by constant breezes. The interior is very nicely done. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths which works well for a small family. Also available is a guest cottage for another couple. It was just my wife and I on this trip but if we go back with another couple we'll probably rent both the house and the guest cottage for maximum privacy for both couples.
A great villa, wonderful owners and local management. Highly recommended. We will be returning. The house is listed on VBRO and the pictures look great but they do not do this house justice. Very reasonable rental rates. Location, Location, Location!!!! Excellent.
