Florian Villa: Update from owner 2012

I'm the owner of Florian Villa and wanted to share some significant enhancements that were made to the property in the summer of 2012. We have cut back all of the greenery that was causing partial obstructions of the views, purchased all new living room, dining room and patio furniture (beautiful teak from Pottery Barn), painted the entire exterior and inferior with bright Caribbean colors, purchased all new bedding (white duvets and shams with tropical weight down comforters), fully enclosed the living room with sliding glass doors and screens (hurricane shutter that was down is now gone), and added central AC to the main living areas (so loft bedroom is now air conditioned too), redid the webbar, beautified the back of the house with landscaping and gravel path).. New pictures will be posted on our website, Trip Advisor, VRBO and Home Away in early November 2012 as soon as all the work is completed. Thanks for taking a second look!
