We stayed at Fair Winds and Following Seas in Coral Bay for a week in the beginning of March and loved it. The villa (3 small cottages) is located high in Calabash Boom. The first time you take your Jeep up there is a bit un-nerving, but soon becomes a fun ride up and down. The villa consists of a guest cottage with kitchen and queen bed, a main cottage with kitchen, and a separate bedroom cottage off the main cottage. It has been renovated (I understand 2 years ago) very nicely....very bright and cheerful. The cottages are very comfortable and provided most everything we needed. Towels were fluffy, beds were fairly comfortable, and the cottages very clean.
The best thing about FWFS for me was the view. WOW. A terrific view overlooking the East end of the island and the British Virgin Islands. The main cottage's deck had a table and 3 chairs where we had coffee in the morning and wine at night. A great place to soak up the view. The Bananaquits were in full view fighting for sugar on the homemade coconut feeder next to the deck.
There are two hot tubs provided (one on the deck of the guest cottage, and one between the main cottage and bedroom cottage).
In conclusion, its a great place to stay....great value, clean, comfortable for those who want to feel a bit of that Caribbean vibe at not a high price.
