This villa is very cute with great curb appeal. Location in Chocolate Hole is nice and is close to Cruz Bay though it is a lower elevation so not an expansive view nor great breezes.
First the pros: Very lush, mature landscaping and lots of iguanas hanging out in the trees; Great covered and screened in porches; large pool; well stocked kitchen; Nice bathrooms with large showers. The entire house has AC and it cools down quickly.
Cons: There was an unpleasant odor in the villa during our stay; only provided one beach towel per person for the entire week; pool is in need of re-surfacing; hot tub was very cloudy (but they fixed it); two of the pool lounge chairs were old and ripped; the screen door to the porch needs to be fixed or replaced (old, rusty, paint peeling etc).
All in all this is a very nice little villa but could be made better with some TLC and minor repairs. I did notify the villa ownwer of the issues we enountered so I trust that many will get rectified.
