We recently stayed at Brisas Del Mar and loved the villa. It has 3 EQUAL bedrooms with good views and a very nice breeze day & night (no AC). The main living area has a nice great room which includes a Living/Dining/Kitchen area. The kitchen was well equiped. It has a nice deck with a small pool and a hot tub on a smaller lower deck also overlooking Coral Bay . This was a very comfortable villa and always had a very nice breeze with ceiling fans thoughout since there is no air conditioning but we stayed in Feb. so I don't know how hot it would be on a summers night.The road up to Brisas can be a bumpy ride but not too bad. We would rent this villa again!
