sounds like you had a great trip. We stayed at seawatch on our first trip about 5 or so years ago. It was our first villa experience and I remember being stunned when we arrived by how amazing the view was. Would love to see recent pics of seawatch if you took any.

We were there last year near the end of August. I did not find it overly hot or any more hot and humid than back home in new england. I would suggest a villa that has bedroom ac.
