Thanks to all who responded, so many villa choices, so little time! We selected Sea Turtle, everything about the villa sounds amazing, including the owners Rich & Cherry. We're very much looking forward to our visit.

Appreciate the feedback, please keep them coming! We did look at at Luna Vista and will check out La Dolce Vita. Villa Margarita seems like a great deal, looks like it's Upper Carolina, good location? Our needs are simple, killer view, pool or hot tub, and maybe A/C.

We were originally going to spend a week on Tortola late July, we're now thinking of spending just 3 nights there and 4 on St John, which somewhat limits our villa choices. Checked dog-friendly hotels on the beach, both the Don and Tradewinds allow pets, we may make it happen, I'll talk to Lyne about it!

Sounds like a plan George, we're picking up a new puppy today, so not sure if we'll spend the night, but we'll certainly hang out at the Tiki Bar for a while! The Pipeline is just down the beach from the Bon Aire, also a fun place!

Another hotel option is the Bon Aire, we've stayed there before, nice location on the beach, maybe 10 minutes to The Hurricane. Great little Tiki Bar!

Oct 13 is a Saturday. From Hollywood it's about a 3.5 hour drive, give or take. Lyne was born and raised in Hollywood! Not sure about dogs, we're picking up our new puppy, a Golden Retriever, this weekend, would love to bring him with us.

Lyne and I will be there, looking forward to it!
