It's going well. It's Rouge Brewery beer and ale from Oregon. Instead of shipping in heavy kegs it comes in plastic balls. The Pie Whole in St. Thomas has been doing it since they opened.

If what is said is true about just buying the brand is true, I would say no thank you. I would start fresh and walk away from the name because no one has been happy running it. Make your own brand and do your own food. They will come. Pickles is doing Chicago-Style pizza, soon, one night a week.

I don't know of any restaurants taking AMEX. They charge higher fees than the others do, so no one takes them. Innovative takes AMEX if you need a land line or cable TV.
