Well I've decided to buy the Olympus Stylus 8000 for our trip to St. John next month. It is rated for 33 feet underwater and I'm going to give it a try.

Does anyone have any good places on St. Thomas (or St. John) that I could get a good buy on the camera?

I guess I didn't do a very good job explaining. We are staying in a villa near chocolate hole and would pick up or have the pizza delivered then sit on the deck and have pizza and wine.

Coming to the island next month. At least one night my wife and I like to watch the sunset, drink a bottle or two of wine and have a good pizza.

Just booked a trip April 6th to April 15th 2009 thru Delta at $291 RT per person. WOW!!!

Well, my wife and I booked our second trip to St. John. We were on the island this time last year as well. Last year I bought a disposable underwater camera. Big mistake!! Questions: What kind of reasonably priced camera would work well? Is there anyplace to get good instructions on taking underwate...

We are going next week and we rented from Dependable. Had a similar experience with email so I called to ask questions and book. I was told we would have a 2007 Jeep Wrangler so I'm pretty happy about that. No problem taking the jeep to St. John where we are staying.
