I recognize Ditliff Point in one of your pics. (We stayed at Oleander Villa near there.) Looks like no houses out there yet?

We were there during some heavy swells in March 2008. I still cannot bend two fingers all the way on my left hand after getting slammed into the bottom by a wave on Cinnamon.

Didn't drive on the left, but after we picked up our car and got on the freeway, we thought holy s***, are these roads WIDE!!

I make an Italian beef recipe that uses a 2-3 pound rump roast. Then you add a can of beef broth, a packet of Italian salad dressing mix, a 16 oz. jar of giardenara and a 16 oz. jar of sliced banana peppers or pepperoncini. Slow cook it for about 10 hours and then pull/shred the beef. Very tasty.
