Tracy- maybe if you find someone to loan you a bike they can also loan you a trainer (stand for the bike for indoor riding, I am sure you know what I mean). Most triathletes own them, so it's not too much of a stretch.

Years ago someone told me that they only way they'd come to STJ when they had kids was to book at Caneel where they knew they wouldn't have to do any work for the vacation. I always thought that sounded like a brilliant idea.

If you can gain sympathy at the office before a tropical vacation, you are a pro. I always liked to act a little more stressed, just for fun. Frown a lot, make jokes about jumping off the roof. People still never felt sorry for me. Weird.
