Chef-Owner Charles Mereday reopened The Galleon, a St. Croix favorite since 1984, in 2020 as The Galleon Steaks and Seafood. The cuisine begins with the best, freshest ingredients and dishes are bursting with flavor and complexity. The Galleon lies on St. Croix's east end, near Christiansted and adjacent to Tamarind Reef Resort.
