I made painkillers for all my friends this weekend. They were a huge hit, but they make me miss Ivan. Until I forget, at least.

My absolute favorite Cruzan drink is voodoo juice. It'd be cheap to buy all the fixins for it down there, but here it gets expensive. I don't think I have any of the right flavors at home right now...

1 oz Orange rum (Cruzan)
1 oz Banana rum (Cruzan)
1 oz Coconut rum (Cruzan)
1 oz Pineapple rum (Cruzan)
1 1/2 oz Cranberry juice
1 1/2 oz Orange juice
1 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Dark rum (Cruzan)

Pour over ice in a hurricane class. Float dark rum on top and serve.

(They make it at this restaurant in Florida in a bucket.)

It's a chain. Something Gators. (Maybe JR Gator's?) We stopped there while running errands during the wedding madness.

And the voodoo juice never helps with the memory. But it was a chain place, and they had lots of Cruzan drinks and really good key lime pie.
