LMAO Bug - ya'll are too cute!

When we were at Trunk two years ago there were three tarpon that were longer than me and when I first saw them they kinda freaked me out (especially the one that was swimming out of the fry fish right at me) but SO was able to tell me that they were just Tarpon and I was okay...besides, their mouths didn't look big enough to do anything real bad

Great start, Sea-Nile! And you kept it G-Rated! 8) I looked at pictures of the trip over the weekend, sure do wish we were doing it again....lots of fun. Even if I was quiet, y'all were a hoot and I loved it. Deb, don't worry, remember most of the time I was right there along with you...except for those Painkillers on Jost - can't wait till she posts THOSE pictures! Good thing I didn't see that tarpon - it was my 1st time snorkeling, can you imagine if I had seen that???

What a fun trip! I think it's a blast to throw six strangers (or "virtual friends," really...) into a house and see what happens. It's kind of like "The Real World."

Now I know what SOTB means. Have never really understand the name. It seems as if you have had a wonderful time together. But have I understood it right? Did you only knew each other from the forum before the trip???

Thanks Sea-Nile -

I was eagerly awaiting this trip report - especially after meeting you this past summer and talking a bit about it. So happy you all had fun! I'm looking forward to the next installment.

Hi Linne:

Yes, you are correct in your understanding. SOTB (Six on the Beach) is 6 of us girls who only knew one another from this forum before our trip. A few of us met before the trip, but only for a quick visit (couple hours at most) since we all live in different parts of the US. We really talked alot via e-mail but what a great time we had getting to know one another in STJ.

XOXO

Fun, fun, fun! I would have been running out of the ocean too had I seen a 7 foot fish in my vicinity. Oh, and you could always post the non-G-Rated version of the trip in the Off Topic Forum (LOL). Anxiously awaiting....tell us more. Ali~
