Here are some ribs that I smo;ed for about 2.5 hours finish witn some home made rum barbeque sauce. Potato sald and some mixed vegies.

You guys are bad for my self-esteem. We grilled up pork chops and had salad and sugar snap peas last night, but it just didn't come close to looking as good as stuff posted here! NO WAY I was gonna take a picture of it. It did taste yummy though!

It is cauliflower with Wisconsin cheddar.
