So true Minde!! That cat gave Cruz Views such a 'homey' feel when we came back there each day/night. "Sam" was always waiting for us. He went through a whole box of Little Friskies that week!
Then he went to see y'all....

Hi everybody...long time no see! Helping my brother find a place for April and Cruz Views looks really nice. I know a few of you have stayed there. I can't find info on whether they provide a cooler/beach chairs/beach towels. Does it depend on the unit? The 2 available for his timing are #2 and #9. Anyone know?

Starlit Escape is great for 2 couples and is a full villa with a pool and affordable.

We really liked Cruz Views 1, but now it has been rehabed and is a good bit more expensive. There are other CV "2 bedroom" units at the more inexpensive price. We are staying at Villa Adeste this year. It is seriously reasonable for what you get and has 3 bedrooms (2 of them are really comphy with great breezes one is ok). We have also stayed at Orions Hill. It too is really reasonable for what you get (a fabulous house, view, and pool)

Thanks for those suggestions. They haven't begun looking at villas yet because it's just the two of them and they want to keep the cost down as well as have a kitchen. I know that there are a few 2 bedroom villas that will give a lesser rate for just 2 people so will begin to check those out also. If possible they would love a deck or balcony with that sparkly STT nighttime view. They are also looking at Serindip and I also came across Aqua Bay villas that have 2 units that accommodate 2 people that look nice. Coconut Coast is nice but a little more.

VRBO has a nice condo that looks like a duplex that might work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Stayed with Artistic Villas in the downstairs Villa Bouglanvillea for $125.00 per night. Has two bedrooms with a/c. About a 5 min walk into town and 3 min walk to Frank Bay. "Rustic" but well worth the money! No car needed to get around if you don;t mind doing some walking.
