mrsb -
The rum tasting, hmm, let's see. Before I walked into SP I just didn't know there were such thinks as sipping rums. So, I guess what I'm saying is I'm no connoisseur. I had the Cruzan single barrel, the Pyrat (from Anguilla), and the Barbancourt 15 year (Haiti). I'd have to say I liked the Barbancourt 15 the best. Of course, when I got to the airport, the only one they didn't have that I wanted was Barbancourt 15. It was a lot of fun, and the rums come out on a tray with each snifter glass sitting on information for that specific rum.

flip-flop - Eve's Temptation is my wife's absolute favorite. Have you been to PX yet?

I can't say i did either. I just went to their website and saw that and thought-how cool. I am so uncultured. Do you sniff and swirl like wine? I don't want to look foolish :P
When will I see St John again?

hmm, i didn't swirl or anything. Prince will gladly walk you through all the different types. He's really laid back so no reason to feel foolish.

Wait, maybe I should have felt foolish. :D

Your wife has great taste ;) I have not been to PX yet. I work in old town but think a visit during work hours might be a bad call. I have to suggest it for our happy hour!
