This is a big hit in our house: Orzo, Pine Nut and Feta Salad. The picky 18 year old loves it and it doesn't last more than a couple of days. http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/ ... lad-105422

My mother brought the most amazing side-type potato dish to Sunday linner yesterday. It was very rich and had comte cheese and whipping cream. It was like a gratin. I will ask her for the recipe if you want to serve potatoes. I know potatoes are not allowed for lots of people these days, but don't potatoes and ham go really well together?
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.
