I'm beyond trying to sculpt, I just want NO dimples. Sculpting would be nice. I can't imagine how many hours I would have to stay away from the forum and be at the gym. Maybe I can put my laptop on my Stairmaster.

The key to self-tanners or the spray salon stuff is to exfoliate big time! I soak in a tub, then hop in the shower with Apricot scrub, and scrub all the dead skin off. You can use a brush or hard loofah too. I scrub my ankles and tops of feet, then I go to the salon or you can use the wipes yourself.
You have to keep moisturizing for maintenance, maybe then use the cream color.

I'm another future raisin ... love the sun, tan easily. I heard about the tan towels, but never ordered them. Loreal makes a self tanning "wipe" that I like better than any self tanning lotion or spray that I have tried.
I wish I could find a way to sculpt or contour too, kellyanna! That would be awesome!

Ok ladies. . . mini flip-flop and I had a mama - daughter excursion to target. Vicki- I picked up the build a tan for faces ... and it better work

I also picked up the Aveeno self-tanning lotion. I did what some one recommended and put a little touch on me and sniffed after it settled. The Aveeno had very little smell and the smell it did have was pretty good. We may have a winner ... I will report back.

You'll like it. Just remember you have to use it several times before you achieve the "look you desire." Then you just put it on once or twice a week to keep it that way. It's very gradual, so you don't go from pale one day to weirdly tan the next . It always freaks me out when my friends do that.

Ooooo, now THAT'S an idea. Matt and I have toyed around with the idea of renting a plane to fly over to Anegada more than once. It's on my "to do one day" list!

Well RickG (and he's an expert) says its $600 for the flight if chartered, so $300 a couple Wonder how much if you provide your own pilot. Though I have to say the whole concept freaks me out a bit!

It's a 50 mile or so flight with visual navigation. It better be, they don't support instrument landing on Anegada. (Unless you were freaking about a different concept?)

I love the idea of renting a plane for a jaunt like that. It's probably the most time and cost efficient way to get to Anegada since Clair Aero went away.

You guys may be onto something. I read an article a while back in one of Matt's pilot magazines about renting a plane from Ace Flight Center on STT and flying to Anegada for the day. The idea really intrigued me. I'll see what else I can find out. It may be so complicated that it's better to let someone else take you, but we'll see..... .

It is EXACTLY that that freaks me out. We took the puddle jumper from SXM to STB (or is it SXB) whatever! And they claim that runway is the shortest in the Caribbean. Turned out to be the same day Sen. Wellstone (at least I think that's the name) crashed and died. Had that happened the day prior, I don't think I would have gotten on that plane.

Here's a shot as we landed -- when they WEIGH YOU with your luggage you know that's bad -- yes, that is grass out the windows. They basically nose dive for the runway.

I would sooo much prefer to be in a plane like that one flip-flop than the big jets. The bigger ones may be safer, but I don't feel trapped in the little ones.

Flip-Flop, that plane picture is freaking me out. I have dreams of being on planes and the pilots are flying all crazy---under bridges, loopty-loops, around buildings. That picture reminded me of it. How did you take that picture? It's not blurry (except the grass).
