Pia!!!!!!!! All my husband and I talked about on the flight home was how to contact you and get the ball rolling!

Adam was big into looking into the month long fractional time shares.....but we wanted to talk about the others as well. We can't afford a big house or villa....but we come down enough to make it worth our while to own some sort of property

Congratulations Tracy!!! We will be neighbors for the short term, we are renting a long term 1 bedroom in Grande Bay while we build our "dream home" on St John. Pia and Mr Pia were our realtors and I can not say enough wonderful things about them!! They were so patient with us for over a year as my husband and i looked and argued :roll: about what we wanted for a home in St John. The Pia's are a wonderful team and have become dear friends!!!

Tracy we will still be at Grande Bay in October, lets meet for a drink!!!

Iluvstjohn... you will not go wrong working with the Pia's, they are straight shooters and no pressure. They are the BEST!!!!!

Grande Bay has been on my short list of places to stay! Keep us posted on the rental details and enjoy your time there this October! I'm sure our Dallas Forum group that is meeting Oct. 22 will be wishing we were in your shoes that evening. Cheers to you and your new ownership of a sweet piece of the ROCK! 8)

Lucky you!!! We are staying at The Grande Bay starting Thanksgiving, our 2nd time.
Going "home" again October 26th!
