Just put an offer in on a STJ property that would be on the short term rental market. Working with a great realtor (Mr. Pia). We'll see how it goes..... Both excited and nervous.

I could provide on-site live in medical care for visitors with medical issues. Medical care and patient advocate medical concierge stuff.
Really, I could! I do that at home, and at work, which is a casino/resort...
