Talking to the lawyer now - that is a good thing in this case......! Thanks again to our Realtor Mr. Pia for helping us out so much. We are moving in the right direction. :)

Our offer is officially accepted - it took some long island time to get this far! Closing is set for October 22nd - I'll be down there with some friends - anyone who wants to stop by while I'm there, please do!!

We are buying a unit at Grande Bay - I know it's controversial due to issues with height and such and many think it's an "eyesore". But, it's there and not going anywhere. We are very excited and can't wait for October!! :D

Congrats! There will always be a love/hate relationship anything. Just as long as you are happy and love the place that is the only thing that really matters! :D

Congratulations, Tracy & Juice. Do you guys still have the timeshare? Or, will this replace that?

Very, very happy for you!!

Congratulations! My husband and I just talked today about buying a place in St. John and, honestly, my first look would be at Grande Bay. I am so excited for you and can't wait to hear more about it.

OMG....Tracy this is so funny! We just got back yesterday and all we did this trip was talk about how "economically speaking" it would be smart to buy some fractional thing down here. We've traveled down here 8 times in 10 years. We actually were thinking of sunset ridge or the monthly timeshare house thing-y.....

great minds think alike...
