Yeah, so glad it worked out.. now take a deep breath, a pill... a drink and enjoypipanale wrote:I think we're set.
We land at 10. I just spoke to the water taxi folks...my new heroes.
They set us up with Christopher's to get to Red Hook. We'll be able to get a boat to St John from there.
It's going to cost slightly more than a room at the Best Western, but where would you rather sleep tonight? A hotel near the airport or at your villa?
sailorgirl gets the gold star today. Thank you for suggesting that option. My head is less than clear right now, and you balanced me.

What happened Pip? I have been off the grid for a few days and am just catching up.
Flight was cancelled?
We have used them since 2005 and last trip (winter, not the most recent) it cost us $7 pp more to use Christopher/Dohms than the public route.

here is a link to Dohm's website. Christopher is a seperate company but they work together very closely so if you book the water taxi and want ground transport, Dohms will book Christopher for you.surfnh wrote:folks, can someone tell me more about the water taxi? How does it work, and how much does it cost?
thanks....JF
