I don't believe it is on the rental market. Maybe for the right price. I'll have to give a full villa review after my trip ;-)

Once again, great trip & great trip report! Thanks for sharing your family & fun with us~~~~

Sounds like you have a inside STJ connection on your next villa rental~Lucky you! Will this be Mr. & Mrs. Flip-Flop only adventure next time? I highly recommend it for all couples with kiddos. Someone on here called it "Marriage Insurance" 8) 8)

Agreed! Marriage insurance for sure. The little guy will be potty trained. That's the magic threshold apparently for our family. My hubby is one of 5 brothers and the youngest, so I have lots of sisters in law with their own kids college bound who love having a little guy around! Our kids are almost 5 years apart so it has made for a long run of w/ kid STJ trips, but I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Though, I will have to bend the truth and tell my little girl I am going to Salt Lake City or something. ;-)

Thanks for the wonderful trip reports! I enjoyed them so much! I love all the pics of your little guy in that green hat. I have some favorite pics of my daughter on a trip to Florida where she lived in an adorable green hat....brought back memories, as she's almost 20 now.

This was definitely the biggest & most diverse (in ages and interests) group I've ever gone with and it does have its challenges but doesn't everything! The good definitely outweighed the drawbacks!!!

We've gone once with just the 4 of us and though it was AWESOME (it is STJ so it can't suck) I really missed my mama on that trip. She is such a big help with the kiddos! Probably a factor there was that my little guy was just 19 months old. A tough age no matter what you are trying to do!

It's not that the Gromit's weren't totally willing to help out with the kiddos, but its tough when they (and by they, I mean the 2.5 yo) aren't familiar with someone. He was super shy for most of the trip. Cousin Gromit was absolutely a godsend! I was just glad, for the most part, my kids were not buggin the crap out of everyone ... that was my biggest worry.

We're planning another big group trip for November 2010 and I am already a little bit worried but this crew's wanted to go for a long time. 6 adults, 4 kids (between 2 - 8 ). I am trying to think of ways to bribe my mom to come with us!

Thanks for letting me share your delightful family's St John merriment. It was such fun to follow along... to the beaches, the restaurants and everywhere else though your terrific pics and text. Wonderful memories were being made...

I am very much looking forward to my March trip and am still a little in shock that I am going back sooner than expected. NOVEMBER 2010 is tooo far away.

It will be my first time there during the "in" season, so it will be cool!
