In my world, we call that breakfast.
I think I saw it on Hungrygirl. Its like the low cal alternative to a pina colada. Wonder if that's still the case if you drink 6 of them.

I know they go great with pancakes and bacon. But that also defeats the purpose of having a lo-cal alternative.

Since people have told me they didn't know about this and it's refreshing for the summer months:

Cruzan raspberry rum (black cherry works well too)
Lemonade
Ice

Yum

There are NO calories on vacation. At least that's what I tell myself as I grind up Snickers in the blender and add chocolate Haagen Daz, Hershey's syrup, Myer's Rum, Cruzan Rum Cream and a dash of Kahlua and a dash of creme de cacao... ahhh, just a healthy little smoothie...

One part Orange Juice
2 parts Pineapple Juice
3-4 parts Cruzan Banana Rum (to each his own!)

Our version of the Banana-wacker! Got my ex-Marine BIL hooked on this fruity little gem last February while staying at Island Horizons. Forget the Jack & Coke - he's now a banana-wacker addict!

Mary Beth, if you're asking about the Cruzan flavored, we brought the black cherry home for 8.99 each.

I just call it Coconut rum with pineapple juice

And yes it is awesome; sometimes I add a splash of citrus flavored club soda to cut the juice. So Yum!

MB - a Ting T-Shirt?!? Who knew?
Then I thought, did they change their logo? No, thats the logo of the distributor tingsoda.com
Still cool.
Remember when I found that pink Ting in Brooklyn? If I ever see that again, I'll pick up a case and split it with you. I'll drop it off on one of our Spring Lake summer runs.

Lulu - Cruzan raspberry rum, Lemonade, Ice sounds like a winner and would be a worthy substitute to my fav Cruzan Citrus (getting harder and harder to find in NJ), cranbury juice, ice, squeeze lime in.
