We might be there as well, as we plan one week on STJ and one week on Virgin Gorda next April. Have booked the VG week (April 25th) and plan to be on STJ the week before. Nothing booked yet.

I saw some of the people who are (in theory) going with us last night and they seem excited. I told them they have until September to fully commit. Otherwise, Flipper is finding an alternative!
Flip, just make sure everyone understands the deal with the money (forfeiting their 1/3). And also make sure you have "backup" guests in case the first ones bail and hang you up for the balance due. Even though it often works out better, it's real stressful until you figure out what to do.
