We used ViVa this past year with a credit card and thought they were great to deal with. We rec'd quick responses anytime we emailed them; they emailed the rental agreement and we faxed it back and they used our cc without any problems.

The Concordia area is a great place to stay-we've stayed at the studios there and the view's fabulous (but really is there a bad view anywhere?)
