All the bedrooms in Aurora have a/c. The great room and kitchen do not, but it has windows on three sides and floor to ceiling screened sliders on the 4th side. And, ceiling fans. So, it's very comfortable in the mornings and the evenings. I would imagine it could get a bit stuffy mid-afternoon, but...

I will pile on for Capt John. We had an awesome day with him last week. Our group aged from 14 to 72. Snorkeled Waterlemon then to Sandy Spit, on to Taboo for lunch, then ended at Soggy. A perfect day!

Just back last nite. Bugs no worse than usual. Almost none on beaches(Trunk, Cinnamon, Hawksnest, Gibney). A few at dusk easily taken care of with spray. I know the Spring rains brought the skeeters, but it also greened upp the isalnd like we've not seend before!

We are arriving STJ tomorrow and have been searching for the STT cruise ship schedule for the next week in order to avoid the masses. We can not locate any information beyond June. Any ideas? Thanks!

Is Taboo a walk from Foxy's and, if so, can 70+ year old mom make it? Or, can you boat there?

We have Palm Tree booked for an all day charter. We will snorkel early then head directly to Jost. Have lunched at Foxy's a dozen times, so looking for somewhere different to eat on JVD. Any reconmmendations? Taboo for lunch? Other?

We'll "wind down" the day at the Soggy Dollar.

Are there shades on the webcams or has it just been cloudy for the last 2 weeks?

Considering Villa Romance at Chocolate Hole for July rental. I notice it sits behind a pond and the pond is in between the back of the house and the bay. Does anyone know if this pond is an eye sore (e.g. brown water) and if it is a mosquito magnet?
