What kind of camera do you use for the fabulous underwater photos?

Probably a stupid question, but how do you post a photo with your post? And how do you post an image that comes up each time you post to represent you? thanks for any info..... Great shots by the way! We're going in late May, can't wait....

My husband got a horrible complete body rash several years ago from a hot tub at a beautiful villa on St. John. Had to take antibiotics when he got home. Don't think he'll be hot tubbing anymore, just pools.

Just got back from an idyllic trip to St. John, and had the most amazing coleslaw from Starfish Market, the "native" stuff made by Doris, not the regular coleslaw. Anyone know how to make something like it? I'm going to try to write to them for the recipe too, and see where that gets me......

Anyone have any good tips for how to clean shells or sea urchins or dollars when they smell of sea water and have sea scum on them? I've tried bleach, but it takes all the color out, and makes them weak.
