Cassia Tree Cottage near Frank Bay?

I came across this small cottage that looks interesting. Has anyone head of it before? I checked the usual places, but found little.

and they just dropped their price by 130K.....

She showed us some rentals 2 springs ago and she mentioned that the Caasia Cottage was on a long term rental.
