Susannaberg, still in private hands. Belonged to Neptune Richards, gentleman and farmer, still in probate more than 30 years after his death.. A few descendants of Neptune's cows remain, much of the property is in industrial development --e.g. Majestic, the concrete plant, the heavy equipment rental, the Paradise Lumber yard...
