Cruise Ship Schedule for St Thomas

I know this has been asked in the past but I can't remember where to locate a schedule for cruise ship arrivals in St Thomas. We will be staying on STJ from 10/31-11/15 and want to do our best to avoid the ships.
Also, does anyone know where to find the public ferry schedules? We may want to head over to Tortola or Virgin Gorda on our own for the day. Any suggestions for day trips?
We are also in the process of setting up a trip with John Brandi. Tried him last year and our day with him was the hi-lite of our vacation.
