I love this site - I can come here and escape all the unsettling news on TV. I'm not sure I understand fully the impact of what is going on, but I sure am sick of hearing about it!

Thanks for the break and letting me rant a bit :wink:

I work at a Credit Union and am watching this bailout very closely. It's something I have to live with every day. Thankfully I work for a financial institution that is safe and secure. It makes me sick to think that the citizens of this country may pay for the fraudulent activity that caused this mess. All day long we are fielding questions about insurance of funds and trying to calm members that are worried about their money or being able to borrow money. We have got to demand accountability. This country is spending itself into oblivion, no doubt. I come to this forum often to escape. Sometimes reality is just too bizarre :wink:
When will I see St John again?
