Day Trip BVI

Post by P-600 »

Hi again,
I looked at the New Horizons II Charter and it looks good. Any other suggestions for a day trip to the BVI's? Thanks guys. You rock!

Capt. John Brandi with Palm Tree Charters gets my vote. Check out his website and YouTube videos  www.palmtreecharters.com. Nice captain, fast boat, and fun to hang around with for a day.

If Palm Tree Charters is booked, we have always used Ocean Runner (we usually have more than 6). We have been very happy with them.

Depending how many you have going if it is less then 6 NHII is great six or above you can get a private charter for the same money. I use NHII when I'm done by my self.

How many of you - if 6 or more a private charter is the way to go - check out Palm Tree Charters or Lion in da Sun - both fabulous :)

We enjoyed NHII, but it is a full and fast day. There's not a lot of room, but it's a fast boat.

If you'd want to sail, I'd recommend Phil Chalker's Wayward Sailor:

He offers a trip to Jost with some snorkeling stops. Definitely not a party boat, but if you'd like to do some snorkeling and learn a bit about the Caribbean and the reef ecosystem, it could be a good match.
