Catherineberg mystery villa?

Hello All- There is one Villa in Catherineberg that I haven't identified yet . Can anyone help ID this one? It's the the one with the green pushpin between La Jolla Caribe and Hakuna Matatta...with a "flying saucer lookin' thang" on top...Does anyone know what villa this is?

well, the reason you can not figure it out is because it is not a villa! It belongs to a family who use it as a vacation home but do not rent it out... (I believe their name is on the utillity box by the driveway). The home has been in the family since it was built in the 70's. They are quite nice, I have met them on one of my many walks in the neighborhood. It sits on 2 lots, the corner lot is now for sale on John Head Rd and Wattapama... a bargain if you want to build your own villa with absolutely one of the best views on the island.
We call the roof the flying saucer house, it is easy to recognize from a far.

Hey Sherban,

Got one for for your Catherinberg collection.

The villa surrounded by Great Escape, Island Sun, and Mango Bay was a private house that is undergoing huge renovation and addition. It is now called Island Stones. When finished, it will be a six bedroom luxo villa carrying a hefty, typical of Catherineberg, pricing.
