New to the market- Sailview Guest Suites Coral Bay

Some friends of mine have recently finished building a house with two guest suites in Coral Bay which will be available for $175 per night. I haven't had a chance to visit the house, but it looks beautiful and these folks are extremely detail oriented and gracious. I see these types of places and I read about people who can't bear to skip a year on St. John and I wonder if these types of places ever make it into the public eye....The villa agencies do a great job, but I wonder if people realize that there are other options available.

Thanks for thinking of us Ruth! We are needing a place to stay in May. This may be it. I haven't stayed on that side of the island yet but I may have to give it a try. Hope you aren't working t hard!!! Merry Christmas
