beach bar gathering today

what time are we supposed to meet at beach bar today8/3 or is it just show up whenever? we are about ready to head out for the day to do some exploring.we don't want to miss it.

Soooo, what was decided to make connecting easier? Hula skirts and neon wrist bracelets, hats and t-shirts and tank tops and coozies ,tatoos on shoulders, sandwich signs that say "Hello, I'm here for the forum gathering"...

Ruth, are you going to start selling elastic neon hook bracelets for the official Forum Recognition program?

I think Ruth is gone for a few days. One thing we discovered last Sunday is the BB is very, very crowded Sunday at 5:00 due to the live music. Last week Forumites gathered under the tree just to right of the end of the bar more distant from the music.

We won't be there either. I think we are going to hit Magens's bay. Jay had to work but should be getting off shortly.
