Cruzan Coconut Rum

Post by coral babe »

Saw the ad here on the the forum (thanks Anthony). Have been buying it instead of Malibu. It's cheaper and it reminds me of the VI.

Recipe - Coral Babe Punch
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1 1/2 oz Cruzan Coconut Rum
splash of whatever rum you've got lying around

Mix in a pitcher, pour over ice.

I have been making them since I got home from stj..I bought a ginormous bottle of cruzan coconut rum and made them for all my friends on the 4th...they were the hit of the party...in fact i'm going to have one now!

I have been marinating my chicken and fish for the grill with Cruzan rum. I'll see if I can pull together a recipe out of my brain. I throw lots of stuff in there, and it's pretty tasty.

CB - We had this drink tonight, and it was yummy! You should post it on the off-topic cocktail thread, if you haven't already. Thanks for the recipe. 8)
