Tennis Villa and Cottage

Has anyone stayed at the Tennis Villa and Cottage lately? Our large family group of 15 stayed there in 2005 and it was OK but the cottage bedroom was so hot with no ac. I have noticed on the website that they have added a pool to the cottage and also another ac unit in the bedroom. There is not much of a view at the villa(like Allesandra) but it does accomodate 14 for our group. Any recent info would be great! Thanks!!
