Our Hidden Reef Kayak trip today. Had to be at Haulover on East End @ 9:30 am. Whew!!!! what a wild ride!We thought we would NEVER get there! this was another First...traveling to the East End and a kayak trip. fun fun fun with Todd, our guide. Lasted 3 hrs,- kayak, stop for long snorkel, kayak some more. todd was very knowledgable and gets in the water with you. Very educational. Sooo glad we did it and hope that some of you consider this trip. $65 pp.
I was dying to spend the rest of the afternoon at Vie's beach, since we were over here and I knew we wouldnt get back. but twins and DH had their heart set on Francis. As we approached coral Bay , the smell of burgers pulled us over and we decided to save our sandwiches in the cooler for dinner, and have a burger at Skinnys!!! ANOTHER FIRST!!! God, I love having 10 days in STJ !!! wondered where the Island God was today, because we had to WAIT!!! It was worth it tho, and had that blue cheese burger. We were all famished! it was very busy, and a line to be seated dduring the whole time we were there. No smell tho...service was OK.
spent rest of afternoon @ Francis . today we saw turtles and octopus. I am dying to see one of those nurse sharks you all have been seeing!!! I will be on the look out!
