Rental Cars on St. Thomas

Does Anyone know of a rental car company on St. Thomas that will allow you to turn the car in AFTER 5 or 6 pm? We are staying on St. John and want to ferry over for the day, so company would need to be close to the downtown area......BUT we don't want to have to have the car turned in by 5, we would like to be able to drop the keys that evening. Any suggestions?

The car ferry on St. Thomas is in Red Hook, not downtown. I think Discount Car Rental may have an office on that side of town, but I am not certain. Some of the STT residents can probably chime in with better info. Good luck and enjoy your upcoming trip!

Budget has several locations on STT. I think the one at the airport may be open later, but I'm not sure. When we rented from them, the reservation form had a space asking when we wanted to return the vehicle. I also noticed that they had a keydrop box at the airport counter.

A house guest of mine arrived in STT last Sat. nite at 9:15pm and was able to pick up his rental car at Budget, they were open, so returning one should not be a problem.
