Easy Breezes Villa - St. John

We are trying to find a villa on St. John for the Christmas holiday. We are traveling with 2 babies (1 will be 12 months, the other 9 months) and are having a hard time finding a villa that we love. This one was recommended by one of the agencies. Does anyone know anything about Easy Breezes? Any info or other villa suggestions are greatly appreciated!! (we are 6 adults, 2 babies, would love a pool we can use during that time of year (ie, not too cold), and sunset views)
