We are thinking of renting a vehicle thru Courtesy,
anyone have any experience???

We've used them twice and had good experiences both times. We like Courtesy because of the location and the available parking. We always know we have a spot to park in Cruz Bay. Although they say the lot can fill up, we've always been able to find a spot.

We also have used Courtesy these last two trips. They let us pick up late in November ... this was a great help. And also we like the Vitara's (they have jeeps too). All around a good experience.

We rented from Courtesy last January. They were out of Jeeps so we rented a Ford Escape for the same price. Greg the manager is a super nice guy.

Our only experience was positive also. You might remember my posting regarding lost keys:

"...I found that the car key was not in my pocket any longer. I went to the front desk and asked them to help me call Courtesy to bring another key to me....After about 20 minutes, two men from Courtesy showed up with the replacement key. At the same time, Diana came running up from the beach. She found the lost key on the hard, sandy surface of the beach by making a pattern search of the area that I indicated. We thanked the Courtesy men and Cinnamon staff and went back to the beach."

I think that is excellent service anywhere. In "soon come" STJ it is stunning!

We did try to park in theire lot one day and found it full. We still managed.

We have also had several very good experiences with Courtesy. I plan to use them again and always recommend them to others.

We used Courtesy last July and will be using them again next month. Their service was outstanding, they were very courteous (of course), booking was easy, parking was always available and their prices are competitive. What more can you ask for.
