Will the Beach Bar have to be sold to pay that debt?

Beach Bar owner Allan MacPhee was sentenced on Thursday, June 12 in V.I. District Court to 20 months in prison for evading local and federal taxes. MacPhee was also ordered to pay $676,000 in restitution and fines.

I'm sure there are other assets besides the Beach Bar. It's likely that, if he wanted to, he would get off with a payment plan. I've seen these kinds of things before and the IRS wants the future taxes too.designbyroe wrote:from St. John Tradewinds
