Will the Beach Bar have to be sold to pay that debt?

Beach Bar owner Allan MacPhee was sentenced on Thursday, June 12 in V.I. District Court to 20 months in prison for evading local and federal taxes. MacPhee was also ordered to pay $676,000 in restitution and fines.

I'm sure there are other assets besides the Beach Bar. It's likely that, if he wanted to, he would get off with a payment plan. I've seen these kinds of things before and the IRS wants the future taxes too.

so this is common Rick for people to do?
I must be quite naieve. I like Alan and Cat.
I love the Beach Bar and don't want it to change for anything.
I know he did something pretty bad but I hope the business stays
