Virtuoso for booking resorts or hotels ?

Just wondering if anyone has used Virtuoso and if so, were you satisfied? Would you use them again in the future? I actually haven't heard of them but understand they are a select group of travel agents, presumably not under one company, if I understand that correctly. Was thinking of this in conjunction with Caneel. Thanks.

I'm also curious about Virtuoso for our Sept. stay at Caneel.

Has anyone used their services or know someone who has?

The resort will be offering limited accommodatioms.....Big Caneel, Little Caneel, Cottage Point (I think) and Courtside or Garden.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

BTW...we do have American Express Platinum

Any opinions on which is better....Virtuoso or AmEx?
