Did anyone hear about the guy that got a ticket in Fla. for wearing a Speedo on the beach?? He's quoted as saying, "I'm a civilian out here who's been picked on by a little bully deputy and that's wrong. It's just wrong." I beg to differ. The Speedo is wrong, it's just wrong....

I agree the speedos are w-r-o-n-g!!
I'd rather NOT see a man in one, especially if there is a big beer belly hanging over. Have you heard of "dickey-doo disease"??

I'm here in FLA but haven't heard about anyone getting a ticket.

A ticket? for what? Wearing a speedo? Jeez, isn't there more important things that people can get ticketed for? How about littering on beaches?

It's rediculous...It's a speedo, not a thong. Which, on alot of beaches is allowed.

Maybe it was a very skimpy speedo. I'm sure they had complaints from beach-goers..

Okay it "kinda" looks like a "quite a bit older guy" that I've seen strolling Siesta Key Beach before.
Guessing in his early-mid 70's, very tanned and in shape BUT this guy had a white speedo-type skimpy brief that is a bit see-thru!!!

I kid you not! We'd always chuckle and snicker when we saw him. Wonder if it's him?

There's got to be more to the story I would think.

A white see-thru speedo! OMG! Cover the kids' eyes!!

He deserved the ticket and should have had to pay for glasses for everyone on the beach!!

I figured there had to be more to the story...white see through speedo...yuck!

Speaking of speedos, I only saw one man wearing one the entire trip that we just took. He was not in nearly as nice shape as the man in the pictures with this story. However, his female companian was nekkid--and this was at Caneel's Turtle Bay!
