Only a few more days!

Post by islandgirlstuckinVA »

Only a few more days until my return visit to STJ. The newbie is overly excited and I'm starting to get anxious.... Can not wait to step off the ferry just in time for happy hour at Woody's! :P

Quick question, how's the weather looking? Just making sure we pack the appropriate clothes (all while making sure our suitcase isn't overweight...)

I'm plan to post a travel report with pictures so be on the look out! :D

Newbie? Yeah, you'll take too much clothes! Keep track of what percentage of clothing you where and report back.

Newbie packing list at http://www.garvin.us/STJ/New_Visitors_G ... Guide.html

Weather is wonderful - and remember if you can't get it in a carry-on you won't need it on STJ :)

Pack what you think you need and then throw half back in the closet!

I'm from the Eastern Shore of VA. It's still a bit chilly here...a ridiculous amount of rain lately.

I'm going to make a list and report back about exactly how much of our clothing we wear..I figure I'll live in my bathing suit! :)

Thanks for the replies! You'll be hearing from me in just a few days!

I packed only a carryon duffel bag, and still had clothes I didn't wear. And we were there for 10 days!
A mind is like a parachute. It only works when it's open.
